Flip books are great mini junk journals. They are fast to make, often taking just one 12 inch sheet of scrapbook paper

What is a flip book?
Sandy from YouTube (Septeria18) has several videos showing interesting ways to make mini junk journals in the flip book style. Her videos are full of inspiration, with a gentle, enjoyable presenting approach.
Two of the three flip books I made
The first one is a little purse sized mini in blue, red and golden yellow, named ‘Memories’. Lots of pockets, tags and envelopes enhance the tiny pages.
The second book is a bit bigger. Called ‘You Are The Best’, it will appeal to the the young set because of the embellishments — Thickshakes, hearts, headphones, VW …

The third one is different
Upcycled bright pink envelopes make a pretty envelope mini junk journal.
Inspired by a video playlist by Carol Tinson from The Crafty Emporium, it features gorgeous pinks, purples, olives and beiges. As well, there are notelets, fancy notepaper, tags and mini journals enclosed inside.
