I needed something to store tiny ephemera in. So I made a chest of drawers from the boxes that our single serve dog food comes in. Easily made ephemera storage from trash cardboard saved from landfill!
The twelve pack cartons have two six pack cartons inside. Each of these has a drawer that slides out. The little dog food tins sit in these.
Making the chest of drawers
for odds and ends storage from junk

First, I cut off the fronts of the boxes. Then I glued two small cartons inside a large one, and put two drawers in each side. Next I glued two drawers side by side on the top.
Afterwards, I glued a flat box with a plastic tray under the whole thing. It once held tiny jam tarts in it. This I used for small flower cut outs.

The odds and ends storage from junk was so successful, I made another. The new one holds my Christmas die-cuts.
